Services

From a stuck process to a working system.

I learn how the operation runs today, define what needs to go into the project and build the first version. After that I keep looking after whatever is in production.

01

Custom internal systems

Software the company uses on the inside: management dashboards, CRM, operations control, a simple ERP. Built from the process you already have, not from a template.

It makes sense when

the operation lives in spreadsheets, the data depends on one person, or nobody can answer "how many open tickets do we have right now?".

What can go into the project

  • process mapping
  • web dashboard
  • access levels by role
  • reports and export
  • audit trail
  • system manual
  • team training
  • monthly support and maintenance

Real example

Star-Net: the inbox of a concierge company in Geneva became a ticket list, linked to the right property and the right client. View project

02

SaaS

A product to sell by subscription, from zero to the first paying customer.

It makes sense when

you already have an audience paying for something you do by hand, and you want to turn it into a product.

What can go into the project

  • multi-tenant architecture
  • authentication and permissions
  • plans and billing
  • customer dashboard and owner dashboard
  • monthly support and maintenance
  • sales website
  • infrastructure set up and monitored

Real example

DoxaHub: scheduling, clients and finances for nail designers, in a dashboard that works on the phone between two appointments. View project

03

Chatbots and AI agents

Automated support, message triage and internal assistants, connected to WhatsApp, to email or to your own system.

It makes sense when

the same question arrives fifty times a day, or someone spends the whole morning sorting messages.

What can go into the project

  • integration with the channel
  • company knowledge base
  • handover to a human agent
  • monitoring dashboard
  • monthly support and maintenance

Real example

DoxaHub: the WhatsApp chatbot answers and books appointments without pulling the professional away from her client. View project

04

Websites and e-commerce

Company website, landing page and online store: fast, editable by you and built to convert.

It makes sense when

the current site does not load, does not sell, or depends on a third party to change a single comma.

What can go into the project

  • design and development
  • content editing dashboard
  • catalogue, payment and shipping (e-commerce)
  • technical SEO
  • training
  • monthly support and maintenance

Real example

Doces Amigas Gourmet: a digital menu, checkout with instant payment and a live order dashboard. View project

Not sure which of the four fits your case? That usually means it is a bit of each. Send me the problem and I will tell you the format.

About pricing: there is no price list and no off-the-shelf package. The price is built around what your operation needs and comes out in the first conversation, together with the scope and the timeline. The proposal has a fixed price for the build plus the monthly support that keeps the system running.

Tell me what is holding you back

Thirty minutes of conversation. You describe the process, I tell you whether it can be automated, what belongs in the scope and what the investment looks like for what you need. If it does not make sense, I will say that too.
