A management platform for nail designers: schedule, clients and money in one place, on the phone.

A nail designer works alone and serves clients with her hands busy. Her calendar tends to be WhatsApp; her bookkeeping, a notebook; her client list, memory. That is not disorganisation: it is the lack of a tool that fits the real routine.

DoxaHub was built to be that tool: made to be used standing up, between two appointments, with one hand.

The challenge

  • Booking without time clashes, with a public link so the client can book on her own, outside WhatsApp.
  • Cut no-shows and forgotten appointments: the calendar has to remind the client without the professional chasing each one.
  • Money tracking simple enough for someone who is not in finance, and that fits between two appointments.
  • Multi-tenant from day one: every professional with her own data isolated from the rest.
  • A brand that could carry the product: the same design in the app, in print and on social media.

The solution

DoxaHub brings booking, finances and communication into one place. The dashboard opens on what the professional needs to know first: how many appointments she has today. Everything else is one tap away, because the real use happens standing up, phone in hand and the day fully booked.

On the money side, automatic charging and smart reminders: the system charges and reminds on her behalf, which raises occupancy and cuts no-shows. On the brand side, the identity was designed alongside the product, so the same language shows up in the app, on the card and on the profile. The platform connects the operation to the reputation.

DoxaHub dashboard with monthly revenue, daily revenue and bookings
DashboardThe screen that opens the day: revenue for the month, revenue for today, bookings and what is still to be set up. The number she wants comes before any menu.
Main DoxaHub schedule with the day's time grid
ScheduleThe day's grid with each professional's slots. This is where she spends most of her time, so it opens straight on today.
Monthly booking calendar in DoxaHub
CalendarThe whole month at a glance, to spot empty days and full weeks before squeezing in one more client.
DoxaHub schedule open on a phone
Schedule on the phoneThe same schedule, standing up, between two appointments. This is how the system is actually used.
DoxaHub dashboard on a phone showing the setup suggestions list
Dashboard on the phoneOn the phone the dashboard opens on the suggestions: add clients, add services, add staff. Someone just starting sees the next step before the numbers.
DoxaHub financial summary with revenue, expenses and accounts
FinancesRevenue, expenses, net profit, pending commissions, receivables and payables. Money tracking for someone who is not in finance.
Commission report by team member in DoxaHub
CommissionsThe report that avoids the end-of-month argument: how much each team member brought in and how much she is owed.
DoxaHub loyalty programme with tiers and benefits
LoyaltyBronze, silver, gold and diamond: the programme that turns a client who came back into a client who always comes back.
DoxaHub WhatsApp chatbot settings
WhatsApp chatbotAutomated replies on the channel the client already uses: it confirms bookings, answers outside business hours and hands control back when a person is needed.
DoxaHub services list with totals and average price
ServicesThe salon catalogue with the total number of services, how many are active, the combined value and the average price. This is where the schedule and the finances take their numbers from.
DoxaHub general settings screen
SettingsBusiness details and a guided tour: the professional sets it up herself, without calling support.
DoxaHub website open on a laptop
WebsiteThe page that explains the product in one sentence and leads straight to contact, without asking the professional to understand the system before she gets interested.
DoxaHub brand piece with the total of booked appointments
Brand pieceThe number of booked appointments becomes a communication piece: the same figure that shows up on the dashboard.
DoxaHub logo in white on a black background
LogoThe mark closes an arrow inside the D: a request comes in, organised service comes out.
DoxaHub symbol and the explanation of how it is built
SymbolHow the symbol is built from the D, with the arrow that gives the workflow its direction.
DoxaHub greyscale palette with HEX and RGB codes, next to the brand signature card
PaletteThe greyscale with the code for each tone and, beside it, the brand's signature card. It is what keeps the same black and the same grey on screen and in print.
Sample of the DM Sans typography used in the DoxaHub identity
TypographyThe DM Sans family, chosen because it holds both a large headline and interface text without changing personality.
Lightbox with the DoxaHub mark on a concrete base
SignageThe mark as a lightbox, tested at the size and contrast it will be seen from a distance.
DoxaHub social profile with avatar, bio and website link
ProfileHow the brand introduces itself on social media: avatar, bio and link, usually the first contact anyone has.
Piece with the total of new registered clients and a cap with the DoxaHub brand
ApplicationsThe same language on a data piece and on a physical product: the dashboard shows newly registered clients, the cap takes the brand off the screen.
DoxaHub positioning piece with the brand over photography
PositioningThe line that sums up the brand promise, set over an image: more than a management system.

Made to work between two appointments

The product puts the day's schedule, short actions and phone use first. The professional does not have to stop serving a client to understand the system. What she needs right now shows up first.
