Company website and members' area for the association that defends the suppliers of public administration.
ABRAEMFAP is the Brazilian association of companies that supply public administration. Selling to the public sector means living on deadlines, tender notices and regulations: one new ruling changes what a company can do the following week, and the good information tends to be scattered across official gazettes, WhatsApp groups and the memory of whoever has been through it before.
The association needed a public place that could hold three things at once: show what it actually wins for its members, deliver technical content a company uses on tender day, and have a closed door for what is members-only.
The challenge
- Publish dense legal content (legislation, tender types, statutes) in a way a business owner can read without being a lawyer.
- Prove the association's work with concrete cases, not with adjectives.
- Separate what is public, what is for members and what is for the administration, without turning the site into a maze.
- Provide tools that solve real tasks: checking eligibility, calculating penalties, following tenders, researching prices.
- Be maintained by a small team, without depending on a developer to publish.
The solution
The site opens with what the association has won, not with who it is: rulings, actions and cases won appear on the home page as highlights, with the result in numbers right below. The achievements section becomes a timeline, and the president's message closes the institutional part. Someone arriving in search of credibility finds proof before they find rhetoric.
The technical part is what brings members back: legislation organised by topic, tender types explained side by side, a pre-tender checklist, a contract penalty calculator, an eligibility simulator, a tender calendar and price research. Behind that sit the members' area and an admin dashboard with members, content, blog, reports, polls, newsletter, training and analytics, so the team can publish and follow up without touching code.

Content is the product
In an association, the website is not a brochure: it is the reason a member renews. That is why the weight of the structure sits in legislation, tender types, checklist, calculator, simulator and calendar: things a company opens on the day it needs them. The institutional part takes the space it deserves, and no more than that.
Three levels of access
Public, member and administration are three worlds with different rules. The admin dashboard covers members, content, blog, reports, polls, newsletter, training, price research and analytics, so the team runs everything without asking for a deploy.
